Opportunities Available for every Commitment Level
Program Director-Salaried: The Program Director (PD) oversees the Capital Clubhouse program and its development in collaboration with the Executive Director. The PD supervises staff and supports members in achieving their goals of greater independence, employment, or education. Additionally, the PD ensures that the Clubhouse complies with certification and accreditation standards. As such, the PD must be credentialed to provide behavioral health services in Washington, D.C. Full-time and part-time licensed professionals are encouraged to apply.​ ​

Generalist Intern-Unpaid: Work alongside Clubhouse members in program operations and development under the supervision of staff.
